Passionfruit margarita

Step 1

Place the smokey salt on a flat plate.

Step 2

Cut a lime wedge. Hold the glass and run the lime's pulp along the outside of the rim until it is covered with juice.Hold the glass upside down and dip the wet rim into the smoky spicy salt. Press gently and twist it around until your glass rim is evenly coated.

Step 3

Add a few cubes of ice if using. Add the tequila, the triple sec and the passion fruit liqueur.

Step 4

Add the lime juice and top up with tonic water. Depending on the size of your glass and how potent you want your passionfruit margarita, feel free to top up with tonic water to the rim.

Step 5

Add a lime slice as decoration and served immediately.
