Step 1
Pečico segrejemo na 200 stopinj Celzija. Krompir pod tekočo vodo temeljito operemo in po potrebi tudi ostrgamo ali skrtačimo. Osušimo ga s kuhinjsko brisačo. Večje krompirje po dolžini po želji narežemo na polovice ali četrtine.
Step 2
Pekač obložimo s papirjem za peko in vanj stresemo krompir, ki ga posolimo in prelijemo z malo olivnega olja. Po želji ga tudi popopramo. Dobro premešamo in pečemo v ogreti pečici od 30 do 40 minut. Če želimo, lahko krompir na polovici peke previdno obrnemo, da se enakomerno zapeče na obeh straneh. Pri obračanju smo pazljivi, da krompir ne razpade.
Step 3
Peteršilj oplaknemo pod tekočo vodo, osušimo in drobno nasekljamo. Pečen krompir vzamemo iz pečice, potrosimo s peteršiljem in postrežemo.
