Step 1
Cook oats in microwave or on stove top as directed on oats container. Once cooked, whisk in two egg whites. Make sure egg whites are whisked in well so that there are no clumps og cooked egg white after microwaving. Microwave for 30-45 seconds.
Step 2
Add protein powder, peanut flour and cinnamon if desired. Mix well.
Step 3
In a small bowl, mix plain Greek yogurt, marshmallow fluff, and sugar free pudding mix. Put mixture into a small plastic bag. Cut end off and pipe marshmallow cream on top of oatmeal.
Step 4
Top with more peanut butter for an even better peanut butter flavor.
