Step 1
Start by peeling and shredding ½ pear (or use an entire one if your pear is small) into a medium sized bowl.
Step 2
Add 3 Tbsp of Coconut Yogurt to the shreds as well as 1.5 Tbsp of protein powder and stir to combine everything.
Step 3
Sprinkle in the muesli - roughly 3 Tbsp - stir to combine and then transfer everything into a jar with a lid.
Step 4
Place in the fridge overnight and enjoy the next morning with an optional topping of fruit, nuts and chocolate.
