In large pan sauté peppers and onions in oil over medium/high heat until tender. Remove from pan, set aside.
Step 2
Brown ground beef, season with salt and pepper. Drain if needed.

Return beef, peppers and onion to pan. Add cream cheese, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, water, salt and pepper. Stir and heat over medium until thick and bubbling.
Step 4
Turn off heat then sprinkle cheese over the top. Stir melty cheese into mixture. Salt and pepper to taste.
Step 5
Serve sloppy joe mixture on toasted hamburger bun. Top with additional shredded cheese.
