Ingredients: 3/4 cup Irish cream; 3/4 cup white chocolate liqueur; 1/2 cup whole milk; 1/2 cup spiced rum; Ice

Phoenix Rising Cocktail

Combine the Irish cream, white chocolate liqueur, milk and rum into a small pitcher and stir. Pour into 4 lowball glasses filled with ice.

Absolutely WONDERFUL!  My (grown daughter told me she loved me when I made one for her.  OK she was half joking when she said that, but this is a seriously great drink.  Made it according to directions and later made it with equal parts of each ingredient.  Loved it both ways.  A perfect fall/winter drink, maybe a bit heavy for spring/summer.  O'Reillys White Chocolate liqueur is much less expensive and just as good as Godiva White Chocolate Liqueur. Also made with 2% milk and it was still great (and then I can justify having another!
