Step 1
Cut a piece or two of your pie(s) into 1/2” pieces, and arranging them on a plate so they’re not touching each other.
Step 2
Place the plate into the freezer for a half hour or so, until the pieces are quite firm.
Step 3
Take your ice cream out of the freezer and allow it to soften. You want it to be soft and easily stirred, but not runny.
Step 4
Once your pie pieces have firmed up, scoop your softened ice cream into a container add the pie pieces a few at a time, mixing them into the ice cream with a spoon.
Step 5
Once your pie pieces are mixed into the ice cream, place the container back into the freezer until the ice cream has firmed up again.
Step 6
Use an ice cream scoop to scoop the ice cream into cones, and enjoy!
