In a blender combine the ½ cup of Malibu Rum, the ½ cup of pineapple juice, 2 cups of ice, and the pineapple slices from one 20 ounce can of pineapple.
Step 2
Blend for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Pour into a glass and top with an umbrella! Garnish with fresh pineapple if you like.
Step 4
Serve with a spoon!
