Separate the juice from the pineapple chunks. Set the chunks aside.

Combine the pineapple juice, pork, and 1 teaspoon salt. Mix and then marinate for 3 hours.

Step 9
Continue to stir-fry for 5 to 8 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 10
Transfer to a serving plate.
