In a large bowl, combine the drained pineapple and dry pistachio pudding mix.
Step 2
Mix in marshmallows and pistachios.
Step 3
Fold in the whipped topping.
Step 4
Transfer to a pretty serving bowl. Garnish with more whipped cream, additional chopped nuts and maraschino cherries if desired.
