Step 3
Place apples into cheesecloth and mash and strain juice back into cooking pot. Either do another round of apples, add 1 quart of apple cider.
Step 4
Add juice of one orange, all spices and sugar. Lock on lid and close pressure valve. Cook at high pressure for 5 minutes. When beep sounds, wait 5 minutes and release the rest of the pressure.
Step 5
Remove lid and add orange slices. Keep pot on "Keep Warm."
