Step 2

Rnd 1: Work 2 hdc into 2nd ch from hook, 2 hdc in next 3 chs, 4 hdc into last ch; turn to work on opposite side of starting chs, 2 hdc in next 4 chs, join with sl st in first hdc. (20 sts)

Step 3

Rnd 2: Sl st into sp before next hdc, ch 1, 2 hdc in same sp, *sk next 2 hdc, 2 hdc in sp before next hdc; rep from * around; join with sl st in first hdc. (20 sts)

Step 4

Rnds 3-11: Rep rnd 2.

Step 5

Rnd 12: Sl st into sp before next hdc, ch 1, (hdc, ch 1) in same sp, *sk next 2 hdc, (hdc, ch 1) in sp before next hdc; join with sl st in first hdc. (10 sts)

Step 6

Rnd 13: Ch 1, sc in same st as join, 5 hdc in next hdc, *sc in next hdc, 5 hdc in next hdc; rep from * around; join with sl st in first sc. FO.
