Step 1
Heat the oil in a large pan/wok on a medium flame.

After 5 minutes, remove the cover and saute everything again.

The pumpkin would have cooked leaving a sweet tangy smell.
Step 11
Turn off the heat and transfer to a serving bowl.
Step 12
Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.
