Mince the garlic. Peel and grate the ginger. Over medium heat, pour the sesame oil into a pan. Add the garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes. You can pre-make the filling and pre-wash the lettuce leaves, but don’t stuff the lettuce leaves until you want to serve them. Then, the day of your event or party, simply spoon the mixture into the lettuce leaves and you’re good to go.
