Step 1

Peel and cut the pineapple (see tips in the blog post).

Step 2

Cut the cucumber into pieces.

Step 3

Remove the leaves from the celery stalks (I suppose they blended in nicely, but I save them separately for my homemade veggie broth) and chop the stalks into chunks.

Step 4

Peel kiwi and ginger.

Step 5

Squeeze lemon (or lime).

Step 6

In your blender *) mix all the ingredients together with the water and the ice cubes.

Step 7

Pour into a glass and enjoy. Cheers!
