Allow refrigerated chicken wings to come to room temperature, about 30 minutes.
Step 2
If called for, preheat the air fryer to 350 to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 3
Spray the basket with non-stick spray. Arrange the chicken on the basket in a single layer, allowing 1 inch of space in between.
Step 4
Spray the wings with water if dry.
Step 5
Air fry the wings for 10 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit or 7 minutes at 375, flipping them halfway through.
Step 6
Test for doneness by sticking a meat thermometer into the thickest part of the wing. It should have an internal temperature of 160 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 7
Coat wings with your favorite sauce. Serve and enjoy!
