Step 1
Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking pan with aluminum foil.
Step 2
Arrange grapes in an even layer over foil in baking pan.
Step 3
Pour balsamic vinegar over grapes and toss to coat.
Step 4
Place baking pan in the preheated oven and bake 15 to 20 minutes or until grapes begin to burst.
Step 5
Remove baking pan from oven and set aside to cool.
Step 6
While grapes are cooling, in a medium sized mixing bowl, mix together goat cheese and honey.
Step 7
Spread goat cheese and honey mixture evenly over the Wasa crackers.
Step 8
Arrange roasted grapes evenly over top the goat cheese and honey mixture topped crackers and sprinkle with chopped rosemary. Serve immediately.
