Step 1

Put the chicken in a bowl and season it with salt and pepper. Then lubricate the baking pan after lining a foil in it and transfer the seasoned chicken to this baking pan.

Then put it in the preheated oven which was preheated at a temperature of 375 degrees.

Bake for 45-50 minutes until cooked to the core.

Step 4

Take a large skillet and heat it before adding oil to it. After 2-3 minutes add oil to it and add mole. Mix well to make it smooth and then pour the chicken broth into it. Stir well to dissolve the mole in it.

Step 5

Wait for the broth and the mole mixture to get to a boil and then let it sizzle at lowered heat.

Step 6

Cook for a whole hour and also continue to stir constantly. Once done add chocolate to the cooked mixture and wait until this chocolate is completely merged and dissolved in the mole.

Step 7

Now put the baked chicken on the serving plate and drizzle the mole and chocolate sauce over it.

Step 8

Sprinkle some sesame seeds over the chicken before serving.
