Step 2
Add all remaining ingredients and blend 10-15 sec/speed 7, until mixture comes together.
Step 3
Place extra coconut onto a plate. Form mixture into approx. 16 balls (approx. 2 teaspoons each), then roll balls in coconut to coat. Place into the refrigerator for a minimum of 30 minutes to set before serving.
