Step 1
Preheat oven to 350ºF and lightly grease an 8x11 oven-safe casserole dish or baking pan with cooking spray. Heat breakfast sausage over medium heat in a skillet and use a spatula to break up into small pieces. Brown for 5 minutes stirring occasionally. Add bell pepper and green onion and cook 3 minutes longer. It’s okay if the sausage isn’t cooked completely. Drain grease from the pan. Set pan aside to cool sausage or 5 minutes.
Step 2
Whisk eggs, milk, sea salt, and black pepper together in a medium mixing bowl. Stir in 1/2 cup of shredded cheese and sausage/vegetable mixture. Pour into pan and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the center is cooked. Cool at room temperature for 10 minutes before slicing into 6 servings.
Step 3
Place 1 piece of egg bake in a large compartment of 6 teal MPOF containers. Add berries to 6 smaller compartments.
