Export 5 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Preheat waffle iron and spray with non-stick spray.
Step 2
In a large mixing bowl, mix the stuffing, broth, eggs, and gravy. (Note: Texture should be stiff and thick, not like pancake batter)
Step 3
Scoop ¾ cup waffle batter onto waffle iron and spread it out. NOTE: It will not rise so even it out and go right to the edges.
Step 4
Close the waffle iron and press it closed. Cook batter for about 5 minutes or until the edges are crispy and golden. (Note: All waffle irons are different so check it in 2 minutes)
Step 5
Repeat with remaining batter until it is all gone. Keep waffles warm in 200 F oven until ready to serve.
Step 6
Garnish stuffing waffles with green onions and serve with leftover turkey and cranberry sauce.
