To make the chilli dressing, combine the sweet chilli sauce, lemon juice and soy sauce in a small jug. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge until required.
Step 2
Lightly spray a large non-stick frying pan with canola oil cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat. Add the scallops and cook for 1 minute each side for medium, or until cooked to your liking. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons of the chilli dressing and cook for a further 1 minute or until brown.
Step 3
Divide Asian greens between bowls. Add scallops, drizzle with remaining dressing and gently toss to combine.
