Oh YUMMY! This hit the spot. I used honey instead of sugar, just because I felt like it, but wow...it's the perfect combo. I squeezed the water out of some firm tofu (I was trying a technique that I learned on the TOH website), and it soaked up this yummy dressing like a sponge. Will make it again!

I loved this dressing and served it over a salad of mixed greens, mandarin oranges, green onions and chow neon noodles.

I don&#39;t know why the other reviewer gave this one star, maybe she used too much dressing?  This was quick and tasty, I made it to toss over tender-crisp steamed broccoli, and it was ideal I thought...

The soy sauce & sesame oil are way way too much.  Instead use 1/4 C of canola oil, 1 Tablespoon EACH of soy sauce & sesame oil
