Melt the 3 TBSP of butter with the oil in a large saute pan over medium-high heat.

Add the shrimp to the pan and cook, stirring often, for about 2 minutes.
Step 4
Add the garlic, lemon juice, and crushed red pepper to the pan then season generously with salt & pepper. Cook while stirring until shrimp are cooked through (pinkish white in color), about 2 more minutes.
Step 5
Take the pan off the heat and stir in the parsley and remaining 1 TBSP of butter until melted. Taste and season with additional salt & pepper if necessary.
Step 6
Serve with crusty bread and/or cooked pasta..
