Simple Pork Shoulder Brine


· 10 C Water· 3/4 C Kosher Salt· 1/2 C Sugar· 4 Rosemary (Sprigs)· 2 tbsp Peppercorns· 2 Bay leafs· 1/2 Onion· 6 cloves Garlic, cracked· 1 tbsp Paprika· 1/4 tsp Cayenne


Step 1Dissolve salt, sugar in the waterStep 2Add the rest of the ingredientsStep 3Add the meat to the brineStep 4Fully submerge meat and refrigerate for 12-18 hours, depending on the size of the cut of meat
