Simply Indulgent Chocolate Lava Cake

Step 1

To make chocolate lava cake, first mix the cocoa in a bowl with the sugar, flour, a pinch of salt and a pinch of vanilla.

Mix with the eggs and then incorporate the softened butter into the mixture.

Step 3

Pour the batter into 6 disposable buttered and sugar-coated aluminum molds. Bake at 400°F for 8-10 minutes. Serve with a sprinkling of powdered sugar.
