Stir everything together and place the pork in the middle.
Step 7
Cook on high for 6 hours, stirring occasionally. Pork is done when it is fork tender.
Step 8
A half hour before pork is done, add in lime juice.
Step 9
Garnish with fresh Cilantro and Scallions.
