Step 1
Spray a 6 quart crockpot with non-stick cooking spray.
Step 2
Season steak bites all over with 1/2 of the salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and steak seasoning.
Step 3
Place seasoned steak bites in crockpot on one side. Place chopped onions on other side of crockpot. Place whole baby yukon potatoes on top of onions.
Step 4
Sprinkle rest of salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and steak seasoning over the potatoes & onions.
Step 5
Sprinkle the minced garlic all over the steak, potatoes & onions. Top with sliced butter to cover the steak, potatoes & onions.
Step 6
Place lid on crockpot and cook for 4-6 hours on high until steak is very tender and potatoes are creamy and done.NOTE: the time of 4-6 hours will all depend on size of steak bites, type of steak and potatoes used. Just keep an eye on it and check for tenderness.
