Place sugar into mixing bowl and mill 4 sec/speed 9.
Step 2
Add cinnamon and mix 3 sec/speed 2. Place in a bowl or large snaplock bag and set aside.
Step 3
Preheat oven to 180°C. Spray a 12-hole doughnut tray well with oil and set aside.
Step 4
Place sugar into mixing bowl and mill 10 sec/speed 9. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
Step 5
Add oil, flour, baking powder, salt, nutmeg, milk and egg, then mix 20 sec/speed 4.
Step 6
Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula and mix 5 sec/speed 4. Set aside in mixing bowl for 10 minutes.
Step 7
Fill prepared mould halfway with mixture, then bake for 10 minutes (180°C). Allow to cool in tray for 5 minutes. While still warm, place doughnuts into bowl or bag with cinnamon sugar and toss to coat completely. Serve warm.
