Step 1
In a shaker or quart Mason jar, combine the chile, lemongrass, ginger and lime juice. Muddle the chile well.
Step 2
Add the tequila, agave nectar and 1 1/2 cups of ice. Shake vigorously for 1 minute.
Step 3
Strain into 2 8-ounce Old Fashioned glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with lime wedge (optional).
