Step 1
Chop up chicken thigh and add to a bowl.

Add Four Season Scallion Sauce, Oyster Sauce, Ginger, and White Pepper into bowl with chicken, Mix well. Optionally, you can set this aside for 30 minutes to let the chicken marinade.
Step 3
Steam the chicken for 15 minutes or until fully cooked.
Step 4
Make the scallion ginger sauce by adding green onion, ginger, salt and white pepper into a bowl. Heat up the oil in a pan, and drizzle onto the green onion mix.
Step 5
Add scallion ginger sauce on top of the steamed chicken and serve.
