Step 1
Juice strawberries until you make about 2 ounces of juice. Fresh juice ferments more quickly than store bought juices.
Step 2
Add the 2-4 ounces of juice to a 16 ounce bottle. (Make sure it is a good bottle for fermenting.)
Step 3
Pour just under 14 ounces of Water Kefir into the bottle leaving a small amount of room (about 1 inch) at the top.
Step 4
Let sit on a counter for 1-3 days. Check it often by opening it to see if it is bubbly.
Step 5
Drink or refrigerate within 1 week for maximum probiotic benefit and taste!
