Strawberry Brownies

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease an 8x8 square baking pan with butter or oil.

Step 2

Add the strawberry cake mix, eggs, oil, and vanilla extract to a large bowl and combine well.

Step 3

Pour the brownie batter into the greased baking dish.

Step 4

Bake at 350°F for 18-22 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean.

Step 5

To prepare the glaze, add the powdered sugar, strawberry jam, cream cheese, and milk to a small bowl and whisk together until smooth.

Step 6

Spread or drizzle the glaze over the cooled brownies and serve!
