Refrigerate for at least one hour and then roll dough into 1 inch balls.

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Scoop cough dough into 1 inch dough balls and place on prepared baking sheet. Bake for 9 to 10 minutes. Cookies should not brown on the top but the bottoms may be lightly browned.
Step 7
Let cookies cool on a baking sheet for several minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
