Strawberry Cheesecake Lush

Step 1

In a food processor, pulse the Golden Oreos into fine crumbs. Mix the crumbs with the melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Freeze for 1-2 hours.

In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in 1 cup of the Cool Whip until well combined. Spread this mixture evenly over the chilled cookie crust.

In another bowl, whisk together the instant cheesecake pudding mix and milk for 2 minutes. Let it stand for 5 minutes to thicken. Spread the pudding mixture over the cream cheese layer.

Step 4

Arrange the sliced strawberries evenly over the pudding layer.

Step 5

Spread the remaining Cool Whip over the strawberries. Optionally, garnish with additional strawberry slices for decoration.

Step 6

Refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours, or overnight, before serving. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
