Strawberry Cheesecake Poke Cake

Step 1

Make the cake according to package instructions.

Step 2

Allow to cool.

Step 3

Poke holes in the cake with the handle of a wooden spoon.

Step 4

In a large bowl, whisk together pudding mix and milk.

Step 5

Allow the pudding to slightly thicken.

Step 6

Pour pudding over the cake, making sure to get into all of the holes.

Step 7

Spread whipped topping over cake.

Step 8

Garnished with diced strawberries, if desired.
