Step 1
In a saucepan on medium-low heat, boil together the water with the stevia. I suggest that you stir this as it heats up. Allow the syrup to boil for five minutes. Then turn off the heat and allow the syrup to cool.
Step 2
Once the syrup has cooled, you can use a whisk to blend together the orange juice with the syrup. Then transfer this to your freezer container and freeze for three hours.
Step 3
Every 30 minutes you will need to stir the mixture with a spoon so as not to crystallize the surface. Repeat this process every thirty minutes until the sorbet becomes creamy and free of sugar crystals (can take up to four hours).
