Step 1
Combine the water and sugar in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, and continue cooking until the sugar is completely dissolved. Set aside to cool. Pour cooled simple syrup into a 1-liter jar.
Step 2
While the simple syrup cools, juice the lemons and limes.
Step 3
Once cooled, add the lemon and lime juice into the jar with the simple syrup. Shake well to combine.
Step 4
Store in the fridge, until ready to use. This sweet and sour mix will keep in a sealed jar in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
