Swiss Chocolate Cake

Step 1

Mix together all the products for the cake and beat them with a mixer. Put the resulting mixture in a pre-greased baking form.

Step 2

Bake in a moderate oven and then leave the cake layer to cool.

Step 3

For the cream mixture, beat the egg whites to snow and add the sugar. Separately, beat the cream with a mixer and gradually add the whites to it.

Step 4

Smear the resulting cream over the cake layer.
