Instructions Mix all ingredients in a small bowl. If making a larger recipe to have some for future use, place in an airtight container and shake. To use: Use about 2 tablespoons of the taco seasoning for every 1 pound of meat, more or less depending on your preference. Brown meat and drain the fat. Add your taco seasoning along with about 1/3 cup of water (the spices need water to rehydrate, and the corn starch will thicken it). Simmer and stir until water is absorbed and "sauce" is thick. Optional: I like to add a can of Ro-Tel tomatoes and diced green chills.
