Fill a collins glass with ice.

Step 2

Pour in the Mockingbird spirit and orange juice and stir.

Step 3

Pour the grenadine (see notes for replacement) in a slow and steady stream to allow it to settle at the bottom, creating a gradient from red to orange.

Step 4

Decorate with a slice of orange and enjoy!
