Combine chicken mince, oyster sauce, garlic, flour, fish sauce, coriander (cilantro) and coconut milk in a large bowl. Place rounded tablespoons of mixture into prepared pans.
Step 4
Bake in a moderately hot oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
Step 5
Turn out the chicken balls and served hot with sweet chilli sauce or soy sauce.
