Pour all of the ingredients into a container with a lid, and shake vigorously to combine. You may need to break up some of the spices (paprika especially can form chunks).

Step 2

Place steak seasoning mix in an airtight container, and store in a cool, dry place for as long as required. The mix can last up to six months in ideal conditions, without losing flavor.
