Step 1
Cut the hoagie roll in half lengthwise. Open up the bread and add the desired condiments on top of both slices.
Step 2
Add 2 parts your preferred lean cut meat as a base to the roll. Next, add 1 part of two different fattier meats on top. Mix & match to your preference. Add the cheese on top of the meat.
Step 3
Add salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil to the lettuce and toss it together. Add the tomatoes and then onions and whatever other vegetables you are using to the side of the bread without meat. Add the dressed lettuce on top of the cheeses.
Step 4
Close up the hoagie roll as tight as you can. Wrap the sandwich in parchment paper. This will help everything compress together and changes the texture of the sandwich. Cut the sandwich in half and enjoy.
