Heat oven to 200 degrees.

Divide popped corn between 2 ungreased baking pans 13 x 9 x 2" or one extra-large baking pan.
Step 3
In a saucepan heat brown sugar, butter, corn syrup, and salt stirring occassionaly until bubbly around edges.
Step 4
Continue cooking over medium head for 5 minutes.
Step 5
Remove from heat.
Step 6
Stir in baking soda until foamy.
Step 7
Pour over popped corn striring until corn is well coated.
Step 8
Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
