Mix together equal parts salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Cover your pork tenderloin in the mix. Set aside. Line a Dutch oven with the 20 slices of bacon, fanning out from the center so the pan is totally covered. Around the edge of the pan, place the pork tenderloin. Then place a layer of onions and tomatoes. Then another layer of pork, repeating in a circular motion until the pan is full. Cover with barbecue sauce and bake for 2 hours at 350°F.
Step 2
Remove from oven, remove lid, and cover with the grated mozzarella cheese. Cut French bread in half, and using tongs, place a mix of meat, onions and tomatoes on the bread. Enjoy.
