Step 1

Fill glass 2/3 full with ice. Pour mineral water over ice, and add a few drops of bitters* (see note). If you like your martinis "dirty," you can optionally add a splash of olive juice.

Step 2

Skewer olives onto cocktail pick. Use it to stir your mocktail and then add it to your drink. Cheers and enjoy!
