Ingredients: 200 g ice cubes; 200 g milk (any variety - skim, full cream, almond, soy, oat etc); 2 tsp instant coffee granules (see notes); 15 g caster sugar (optional)

Thermomix Iced Coffee Frappe

instant coffee granules (see notes)

g caster sugar (optional)

Place all of the ingredients into your Thermomix bowl and blend for 3 minutes, Speed 6.

Pour into a tall glass and serve immediately.

Cor! What a treat! I made it with an espresso shot and added some vanilla ice cream too haha. I thought that a 3min blend sounded like a lot, but my first lumpy attempt definitely proves that's best! Yummy.

Loved this. Instead of Ice I used Ice cream and it still tastes great. I also made a kid friendly one and used the same stuff except changed coffee for hot chocolate powder. Loved this recipe and would recommend it!
