Preheat the oven to 425ºF.

Place the butter in a 9x13 pan, and place the pan in the oven to melt the butter.

When the carrots are tender and golden brown on the top, remove them from the oven.
Step 9
Let the carrots cool for a few minutes, then break up the Parmesan crisp. Serve with the sauce on the side for dipping or drizzled on top.
