If you have a Thermoserver, pour in some boiling hot water to warm it up whilst heating the yoghurt ingredients.Add all ingredients into bowl, heat for 10min 40deg sp2Pour hot water out of Thermoserver and dry well. Pour in yoghurt, put the lid on the Thermoserver and wrap in a towel and keep in a low-traffic area in your kitchen, where it won't be disturbed. I left the yoghurt to set for approx 18 hours and it was perfect for our taste. Good luck!
